How far do you travel for jobs?
We’re based in Central Texas and typically serve Austin and the surrounding areas — but for the right project, we’re open to traveling further. Just reach out and we’ll talk it through.
What’s your payment policy?
For most jobs, we require a 25% deposit to begin materials and fabrication, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Larger projects may be broken into milestone payments.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, bank transfers, PayPal, and other agreed-upon methods.
What materials do you work with?
We primarily work with steel, from heavy-duty plate and tubing to sheet metal and custom-cut components. We can also source specific materials depending on your project requirements.
What’s your typical project process?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs — whether it’s a large structural build or a small custom project. From there, we’ll provide a quote, timeline, and material recommendations. Once approved, we handle everything from fabrication to installation.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — we’re happy to provide free estimates for most projects. If you're located outside our typical service area, we may charge a small travel fee to cover time and fuel, but that cost can often be credited toward the job if you move forward with us.
